CIV rehearsal blogging and video to come…

We already had a preliminary rehearsal for the May 7 CIVs with some of our local rhythm section and were given direct evidence that this is going to be an amazing show.  Vicki, John, and Bob and company will be here WED night. Our first rehearsal with everyone will be Thursday.  We’re going to video clips at those rehearsals and post them here moments later, so stay tuned!

Oshkosh SCB fans will be at Carrollton Station in force!
    Well Mike and Chuck anyway.

Way back when the C Drifters wondered up at Paul Sanchez’s advice.
It was very cold and wet Wisconsin summer’s day Vicki and sis Susan
w/ Russ on percussion played a great set in front of 800 cold and wet new fans.

Then Susan, Russ & Co returned w/Paul’s Rolling Road Show post K established a great Oshkosh following. Summer 2011, Aug 11 the return of The Susan Cowsill Band at Waterfest will be sensational.

Yes indeed! Well, we didn’t get around to blogging or video taping the rehearsals…thought that’d be an easy addition, but wasn’t. Now we get ready to leave for Europe on Thursday.

Where is the “Indian Lake” you sang about in the late 60’s? The Cowsills sang at the “Indian Lake” in Ohio on July 9th. Please get back to me. Thanks, Betty

in nov.1967 I lost my Grandfather, amonth or so before that your family released,or the Nashville stations started play’in The Rain, The Park, and The Other Things….it was refreshing to say the LEAST, In Nashville in the 60’s and early 70’s EVERYONE was in a garage band and ours was like most, but this little 12 year old was “hooked” on your amazing families music… has truly “made me happy”……
